EMAIL DELIVERY DELAYS from connected accounts

Hi there,

I am currently on free trial for Office 365 as I am interested to read my 4 connected accounts from OWA. But I am almost systematically experiencing delays when I receive  my emails.


I made twice the test to send an email with 3 words to my 3 accounts :  Yahoo (YH), 2 hosted in dreamhost (CS and LU) and see how long it takes to have them delivered on their original mailbox vs OWS and also through blackberry (BB). Currently only CS and LU are connected accounts on OWA, YH is kept aside.


please see the results below. In short,  although I receive almost immediately my emails in their accounts, it takes 7 to 10 mn to have them displayed on OWA / OWA BB.


I have read in the forum that many users are experiencing these delays, therefore I  am concerned whether MS is going to come up with a definitive answer on this topic.

aditionnally, I have read the Help article regarding delays (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2590447) which is likely not the answer: My second test was run 20 mn after the first one, so should we have a 1 sync / hour only (which would not be acceptable for obvious business purposes anyway), I would not have had a 10mn delay but 1 hour.


I would welcome some light on this topic. thank you very much in advance!


Also although I had sent the email to both CS and LU, each time on OWA I received only 1 notification not 2. Is that normal?
