My issue is that I am not receiving email messages since Dec. 26, 2012. Also my website at www.landpolcanada.com dissapeared. When I moved from Live to Office, I used a credit card that was later replaced, so I initially thought that perhaps you still have my old credit card number, so I updated it.
I was able to verify over the phone (1-877-913-2707 - I am based in Canada) that my subscription is active and I was referred to this forum for technical assistance (Service Request ID # 1191909725 has been assigned to my case.
Could you, please, help? This is rather urgent and in explaining what to do please keep in mind that I am not a tech inclined person...
