Re - Actiavte Exchange Online P1 Plan

Hi,

 

I had a credit card problem in the Month of December as this was my card expiry month. Now I got new card and want to update my credit card information, but now my subscription is showing "Canceled: Reduced Functionality". Now.

1. What does this exactly means

2. Do I need to  Reactivate my account? How?

3. I need to update my credit card information, but it only allowing me to change my address information. What is happening.
