Inbox rule: filter "received from" for emails not in my address book

I'm trying to create an inbox rule that filters emails from senders that are not in my address book. The only address that I can filter on is my own (I have a single-user account).

Repro steps:

1. Open Outlook in a web browser and log in.
2. In the right-side menu, click Options > Create Inbox Rule.
3. Click New.
4. In the When the message arrives box, select Is received from...

At this point, my only option is to select my own email in the list. If I don't select my own email address, the Add button is disabled. I can't add a custom email to filter on. How can I filter on email addresses that aren't my own?
