Fething emails marks them read

Hi,

I fetch emails from Office 365 to my Gmailem to back up. I do this with some other mailboxes (other than Office 365), including Exchange server mailbox. In all of them these automatically fetched emails remain unread until I really read them. Only in Office 365 all the emails get marked as read as soon as they are fetched.

Is there any way to make them left unread?
