I had an issue with Licensing on the admin console where it was showing a user was unlicensed. I removed and readded the license for that user account and now the Online Archive is not accessible.
I can't see it in OWA or Outlook and when i query for it using powershell it shows that the user does not have an archive however i cannot add one.
If i use the Get-RemovedMailbox command it doesn't show any disconnected mailboxes either.
Any chances i can recover this or is it lost for good?
