Exchange not delivering mail to users

First off, no technical support to report an issue? Really Microsoft? I have to post in a forum?

 

So today I get half a dozen emails in my mailbox that were sent to me over 24 hours ago from different people on different mail services. They all pop in my mailbox within seconds (less than 5) of each other. I look at the service status page and it shows for two days nothing is wrong. So why is email AGAIN for the THIRD TIME in TWO MONTHS being delivered DAYS after it was sent? And why is not not in the service status page? And why are we not being notified?

 

It is not a mail client issue as I am using Outlook 2013, OWA, iphone and android devices. All systems got the emails at the same time.
