Not receiving emails/severly delayed

Since 10:50 this morning (GMT) I am not receiving any external email or it is being delayed. I sent a message to myself and that worked but I also sent from Hotmail which did not arrive, external mail from my clients is not arriving either or coming through about an hour late. I have not changed any settings, things have worked fine for several months but this morning it's all gone wrong.

 

What is causing this and how can I resolve it?
