Junk Email options not visible/available in OWA connected to 365

Hi,

 

We have a customer who has an issue where the junk email options are not visible inside an OWA session to his connected mailbox. 

 

No matter whether the options are set to automatically filter to junk or do not automatically filter under 'block or allow', no settings are visible.

 

Can anyone help?  For information, he is currently using OWA via IE8 and Windows XP.
