Its been 2 months since we moved to Office 365 and we didn't have any problem until very recently one of our service email accounts using for testing started to give the below message and not able to send mails.
Mailbox unavailable. The server response was: 5.2.2 Submission quota exceeded
Our application uses this mail account to send Notification mails, its sometimes in hundreds but i don't think we have crossed more than thousand in a day nor does it send to unique to addresses more than 20 or 30, How can i find how many mails was sent in a day from a particular email account and how many hours it takes to reset the quota?
