Windows Phone 8 Only Syncs Contacts in the Contacts Folder

I have created other folders besides the default Contacts folder under My Contacts. I purchased and set up a new Windows Phone 8 and linked it to my Office 365 hosted Exchange. It synced the contacts that were in the Contacts default folder and none of the contacts in the other created folders. Is there a way to get this to sync?
