I have Outlook 2010 (win 7 ultimate) with an Office 365 exchange account. When I created my exchange account I imported files from my old POP3 account (by importing the .PST file).
I am now looking to change my machine - I am OK setting up the exchange email account but what I need to know is do I need to transfer (from my old machine to my new machine) the 365 PST file and import that into Outlook or will my email, contacts and calender details be picked up automatically from the Microsoft servers?
As I have imported my old emails (etc) from my old POP3 account into my 365 exchange account can I presume that I don't need to import, again, these old emails?
