I have a client that will only receive email from IP addresses that are from known sources. Before we migrated to Exchange 365 we had only one outgoing server and all was good. Now we have moved to Exchange 365 and they will not accept email from Microsoft's Datacenter.
I called MS and they sent me this link:
http://onlinehelp.microsoft.com/Office365-enterprises/hh373144.aspx
I sent this to my client and they want more specifics, so I sent them this link:
http://help.outlook.com/en-us/140/gg263350.aspx
They still wanted more specifices, so I sent a message to an external address and got the following information from the message header:
Received: from tx2outboundpool.messaging.microsoft.com ([65.55.88.14])
I sent this to my client and they say they don't want to have to piece mill a bunch of IP address together to accommodate me so I continue to look for the mystical address range.
But after looking at the IP address I got from the message header I realized that this (65.55.88.14) address is not even posted on MS list of IP address for Exchange 365 services, although it is listed as "The IP Address ranges that are specific to the new Data Center format" on this site:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh510075.aspx
All I need is the IP address(es) for the outbound pool for Exchange 365.
Thanks in Advance
