One of our users on O365 (sue.smith@abc.com) who is a member of a shared mailbox (sales@abc.com) accesses this mailbox as well as her own in Outlook 2010 and we have noticed a few issues:
SENT ITEMS
Whenever Sue replies to an email that is sent to sales@abc.com, the sent email goes to her own Sent Items folder instead of the shared Sent Items folder meaning that other members of this shared mailbox are unable to see what she has replied. How can I force replies and forwards from any emails received in the shared inbox to be placed in the shared mailbox Sent Items folder so that other members can view the conversations?
TASKS/REMINDERS/FLAGGED EMAILS
Whenever Sue adds a reminder or flags an email in her own mailbox, these are propogated to her Tasks section in Outlook 2010 and also on the right hand section of Outlook 2010's main screen (under the Calendar events), however whenever she adds reminders or flags emails in the shared mailbox, they don't show up in the right hand section of Outlook 2010's main screen (under the Calendar events) or even in sales@abc.com's shared Tasks section and they don't trigger any reminders either.
She would like to be able to flag emails and set up tasks within the shared mailbox but be able to see them in either her own or the shared Task section.
Please advise.
