I have a small education business with only 5 users who are all remotely located and have their own internet connection. Since moving to an Office 365 environment using microsoft exchange the users are all complaining about excessive data usage. Users with 3g accounts used to use about 500mb per month and now are using 1.5gb to 2gb per month.
Beforehand we simply used pop3 for mail. Now we are using exchange and lync.
What I would like to know is what the expected data usage difference would be between the old and new environment because this level of usage seem excessive.
