Hi All - We just got started with Exchange Online and while there have been some quirks, generally it has been going well. Here is one challenge we face.
We have several mailboxes shared by several people. These people have multiple people using them and can send as those shared mailboxes.
This all works great. However, there is no way for them to set an out of of office reply since they cannot login to the web client as they are not real users. As one of these is Customer Service, it becomes a challenge.
Is there and way to get it to send an out of office email? I do not think using a kiosk license will work because those do not allow Outlook thick client, only OWA.
