We are using for our support Kayako SupportSuite - we receive email and send email from Kayako.
We are now completing the move to office 365 and closing our old email service, and as part of it, we need to change the SMTP server Kayako is using to send emails - we changed it to (as in the settings):
xxxxx.outlook.com
TLS port 587
Use SMTP Authentication
And entered the correct username and password.
However - no email are sent from there. I tried port 25 as well - but nothing.
Are these settings are correct? Do you know what could be the issue?

I know that there is no issue with Kayako, because it had no problems until today (we worked with Google Apps).
