Need Help - Not Receiving e-mail from Web Form

We recently moved to Office 365 for our office needs from a typical web hosting company. Our website was created by an external company and is maintained by them to this point. However, we started experiencing this issue once we moved to Office 365. Our website has a "Contact Us" form which e-mails our Office365 email address. For testing, we added my personal e-mail address and another address to see if at least someone receives the e-mails. For some reason, our Office365 e-mail only does NOT receive those e-mails. If mail is sent directly to that account, it makes it OK without any problems. Could there be some sort of filtering that I can turn off / configure to allow our hosting company's mail server to send us e-mail? We're on the P1 plan, and not the enterprise plans.
