- Draft your email that you want to use as a template.
- Click on the Save icon (next to Send). This will save a copy in your Drafts folder. You can save multiple versions there or do the next procedure which is probably better.
- Create a Folder in OWA named Templates.
- Navigate to Drafts folder.
- Right-click on the email you want to use as a template.
- Select Copy to Folder and navicate to Templates to save a Copy there.
- Each time you want to use the template you will navigate to Templates, Right-click on the template you want to use, Select Copy to Folder, and navigate to Drafts to put a copy there. Then navigate to Drafts to open the copy to edit and send.
