Hello There, im having considerable problems with 2 of the 3 macs in my office. The two having problems are iMacs running mountain lion, the one that is running ok is a MacBook running Lion.
The problem relates to Mail, or the Apple Mail App to be precise. My Mac has now given up completely on Mail and wont even connect to my 365 account. I have 3 other Mail accounts, using Apple Mail, and all are running fine. They are iCloud and 2 other exchange accounts - I dont know if these other exchange accounts are using 365 but I would suspect not.
My Office manager is currently having to use his web mail to get his 365 mail, and my IT support company keep coming up with blanks. Can anyone help me...please??
Is there a Mountain Lion / Mail / 365 issue here? My IT Co have suggested we move away from Apple Mail and install Office for Mac on our Macs, but this is going to cost me some serious money AND seems like a bodge job. My Office manager is very reluctant as he had HUGE problems with Entourage..which is why we switched over to Apple Mail.
Why is Apple Mail running ok on the MacBook with 365 (which is running Lion) but not the other 2 machines?
All seems a bit weird to me.
Anyway - I would be most grateful of any help.
