I started a trial of Office 365 last week to see if the small company I work for should migrate over from Google Apps. This was on November 8th, which just happened to be a day the email service went down for a few hours. I have to say, this was not a very good first impression.
The problem is, the Service Health status only goes back for one week. I'd like to know if this sort of interruption is normal. I'd like to hear from people who have been using this service for a while. My company can't afford to be unable to communicate by email for hours at a time, and I'd like to know how often this happens.
