We JUST switched our company over to Office 365 becasue their ancient Exchange server crashed, and the reasoning for the switchover was so they would not have to depend on an internal server for their e-mail. We would have a perfectly reliable service provided by Microsoft themselves that would be MUCH more reliable.
Now they can't send or receive e-mail, there's nobody to call, and the best I can do is post to this board in hopes of getting a response.
I'm so happy.
