This is the second service degradation during the business day within a few weeks time. None of us can send or receive emails. We have around 65 email addresses. We migrated from our onsite exchange server, and are very concerned about these service degradations we have been experiencing.
We are also looking into reseller opportunities, and are having a hard time promoting your services with middle of the day interruptions. Before our onsite exchange server, we had Google Apps for years without any issue during the work day.
Is there a yearly historical overview of all Office 365 issues of any kind? We need to know how much downtime to expect, so we can decide weather we want to continue with your services or not.
