Hey guys! So I followed the instructions for using O365 without touching my current servers found on http://onlinehelp.microsoft.com/en-us/office365-smallbusinesses/d4530a91-376c-4cb1-838c-c3ae10808454
I am confused by the following:
1. When it says to add a TXT on my GoDaddy, I do not know if they are referring to the one on top or the one on the bottom. The TXT value on them is slightly different.
2. The instructions ask to get remove obsolete MX records. I am not sure which are these. Here is a screen shot of my go daddy MX records. Could you tell me which are obsolete? And would that affect the operation of all of my other domain accounts.
3. I operate 2 domains from the same server and DNS. How can I make sure that my second domain does not get affected by the changes. Or how do I include them?
4. I have 2 hosts at A... my normal @ - IP address - 1hr and then I have a second one that reads mail - different IP address - 1 hour. What does that mean and how does that affect the process?
5. We have Exchange Server 2003. Does that affect the operations? We cannot upgrade for lack of funds at the moment. If this is an issue. How can I switch everything back to normal?
