Can't login to Exchange 365 with Windows Phone Outlook client

This morning, both Windows Phones that I manage a 365 email account for cannot log into their respective, separate 365 accounts. The Outlook client continues to prompt for a password when nothing changed on either account. Accessing the Exchange accounts via the web client works.

 

On one phone, I attempted to remove and readd the Exchange 365 email account. On the other I just attempted to login using the current credentials. Both attempts failed.

 

Is this a known outage or other issue?
