I have one single user who is unable to connect to the O365 Exchange server via Outlook 2010. I literally just added the user yesterday, but am unable to connect to Exchange at all. I have verified all passwords and usernames, but nothing is catching my eye. I have 19 other users that are accessing perfectly from desktops and mobiles. We did need to update our DNS records for Lync, but no other settings have been chance. I used the troubleshooter and this is what I got:
