I have 2 computers (HP desktop running Windows 8 and new Microsoft Surface running Windows RT) that users cannot send emails from the browser. After composing the message the user hits the send button but nothing happens. The other buttons on the screen work (save, attachment, etc.) but the send button does not. We disabled all add-ons and hard reset the browser several times but no success. We tried both browsers on the HP desktop (IE10 desktop and IE10 Metro) but both have the same problem. Microsoft Surface tablet running IE10 has the identical problem. We installed Firefox on the HP desktop and the problem does not exist in Firefox. Cannot install browsers on Windows RT so can't use that computer for any emails since Outlook cannot be installed on Windows RT.
