Hello - I have the domain @jonesworksinc.com with several users on it using Outlook 2011 for Mac with Exchange.
Suddenly a handful of my users cannot send/receive email and the portal doesn't work very well either (doesn't send, can't read messages etc.)
I believe there is a service outage problem - our office, especially the 2 workstations experiencing this all have internet access and it is fast. I tried the portal on multiple computers and from another office and it is not working properly there either. Please advise.
