Dear Office 365
Must i say i found it really frustrating that there is no one i could call with my issues? We have an urgent issue with some of our mailboxes.
There are subfolders missing in the Inbox directory, both on user's outlook desktop app and online web access.
More annoyingly, nothing has been deleted and unable to recover it by outlook recovery tool on deleted folder. They have not been re-located into another folder. User has been away for a week and the result has only been found today.
If i run search on the mailbox, both outlook local app and online web access, it returns emails in search with the name of the folder they are in. There is a whole bunch of folders that were held in certain location known to me and the user. This location no longer exists. Is there any way to refer to the directory tree structure in command line in order to access that hidden/ missing folder? If it is hidden for any reason, how would that happen in the first place and how can it be undone.
Best regards
Adam
