Our company's reception uses shared calendars to book appointments for other users. These calendar's don't seem to be sync'ing correctly and as a result often leads to double-bookings.
Our Exchange server is hosted and we use Outlook as the mail client.
I've changed the send/receive setting to 2 mins, but it doesn't seem to make any difference..
Need some direction into what the likely causes or what the fix could be??
