I've been attempting to connect to my Office 365 (Exchange Online) subscription from Outlook 2010 (32-bit) running on Windows 7 (x64). I have two users in my organisation, one of which is working fine. The older mailbox (which dates back to the Office 365 beta) will not connect and I notice it is on a different server.
Auto configuration fails and I've tried following the steps at http://blogs.technet.com/b/hot/archive/2012/02/06/how-to-manually-configure-outlook-office-365.aspx
Unfortunately the text that is returned from "About" does not exactly match the advice given:

As you can see, the results differ slightly from the examples given in the TechNet post and in other examples like http://www.ssdoc.com/?p=243
When I attempt to "check name" in the mail server profile, I receive a message that "The action cannot be completed. The connection to Microsoft Exchange is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action.
I'm guessing that there is an issue with the server name I'm using (dbxprd0210.mailbox.outlook.com with a proxy of dbxprd0210.outlook.com) but, because the "about" details don't exactly match the advice, it's difficult to see what I should be using.
I've searched the forums and http://community.office365.com/en-us/forums/162/p/63950/244417.aspx#244417 doesn't help (it relates to Enterprise deployments).
Please can anyone help me identify the correct settings.
Regards, Mark
