Hello,
I have a user with an issue I've not encountered before. She currently connects to two Exchange accounts - one on a local Exchange server, the other on Exchange Online. Her local Exchange mailbox has a number of aliases assigned to it. Prior to configuring her Outlook to communicate with the 365 server, she was able to select which of the local aliases she wanted to send as when sending a message. Since we added the second Exchange account on her Outlook, however, she has lost that ability and can now only send as the primary address from either account. Is there any way to get back the ability to send as the aliases? Or do I have to create an entirely separate profile for the Exchange Online account?
She's using Outlook 2010.
Thanks!
