Extremely frustrated right now.
I configured Outlook 2011 on my iMac to connect to my Exchange Online account and it erased all of my messages since I set up the service on Monday.
I do not mean that it deleted them (they're not in deleted items). It disappeared them.
It said that it was downloading them from the server, but they did not appear in the inbox, and then it said all folders up to date with nothing there. I logged into Outlook on the web, and they're gone from there too. I can repeat the problem at will, but I do not want this problem.
How do I recover these messages? It is for a Health Law Regulations company and I need those messages. Even more important, I need to know this will not happen again.
