Email receive and delivery problem

Hi,

 

   Our client is using Office 365 Exchange online module. They found that their email is having problem from 1 Aug 2012. Some customers cannot send email to them with follow bounce back message:

Can you receive this ?

    Users also have problem to send mail to some email address. They will received delivery delay message as follow. But when we check the delivery report (see attachment). That email should be sent normally.

'Janet Leung'

This message hasn't been delivered yet. Delivery will continue to be attempted.

 

  Is there any problem in Exchange Online after 1 Aug 2012 ? Or how can we fix the problem?
