Problems syncing Galaxy sII with Exchange Online.

Hi, I have been trying for over a week to sync my assistants Galaxy sII phone with our company Exchange Online account.  I am able to sync her phone with Outlook Desktop 2010 and I can also sync her phone with my iPhone4.  I have read every forum available.  I have tried m.outlook.com, I have used the owa/about/hosted name server address.  I have deleted and undeleted, marked SSL and or accept all certificates - turned those on an off.  Here is the furtherst I have gotten:

Selected Corportate

Selected Exchange

Entered User name and password'

The next page opens and some info is already filled in, the Domain/Username section says: /User (I have tried changing this every way I can think.  Right now I have it set as domain/username (which is mycompany.com/user@mycompany.com)

Password is already inputted but I have made sure that is correct.

Server: The server info is pre-filled with: mycompany.com.  I have tried m.outlook.com but it is now set with the ch1prdXXXX.outlook.com.

I select SSL and I select Accept all (I have tried combinations of these) ***note- client certificatae box states there are no certificates.  I have no idea what this means.

After I hit 'next' a screen comes up letting me know that the server may control some of my device security settings to which I reply 'ok'.

This brings me the selections screen which allows me to pick what I want to sync (mail, calendar, etc.)

I select the items and click 'next'  It then does either one of two things.  It either takes me back to the original settings page or it just stays in a suspended state of syncing.

As you can see, I am very new to all of this tech stuff so I apologize for my slang terms. Any help would truly be appreciated. Is it possible that I need to change some of the devices regular settings?  She currently has personal gmail and a yahoo email accounts installed.

Thanks,

Heather

Other info: I setup our Exchange Online account and am the Admin. * We only have 3 users.  *We have the original default policy assigned to each user although I did just set up an additional one that requires a 4 digit pin (read online to try).  I'm going to assign it to my assistant and try to set up that way.  Im sure it won't work but I'm getting desperate.
