I am in the process of migrating exchange mailboxes to Office 365 and all is going well except for ONE user who's mailbox was 1.96 gb in size. (My mistake in not noticing beforehand). Prior to migrating, I made a back up copy of the .pst file and then deleted the user profile as directed when I had to manually configure Outlook for Exchange. Unfortunately, I'm not able to import this pst file into this Outlook account and am unable to sync old mail to Office 365. Is there a work around? Any way I can decrease the size of this file and try again? Help?
