Good day,
It seems that email has gone missing for two specific users in one tenant. The emails that are missing are between these two users directly (no one CC or BCC on any of them) and are missing from 9/1/12, through today, 9/24/12.
1. Items are not in Inbox, Sent Items, Deleted Items, Recover Deleted Items, or Online archive for either user.
2. This is all items since 9/1/12 between these two users specifically.
3. These emails were available as of Friday, 9/21. Appear to have gone missing sometime over the weekend.
4. I have tried searching Recover Deleted Items, to no avail.
5. I have tried to search Delivery Reports - from both mail accounts, as well as the O365 EMC. All error out: "The log search service is unavailable on server."
6. There are no rules or retention policies in our tenant, or for either user, that would move or remove items from each other.
Are there any other options to search for these items? Or any reason it would only affect items between these two specific users?
