one user is having this error for some time
the file c:\Users\fpassos\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\email@domain.com.ost is in use and cannot be accessed. Close any application that is using this file and then try again
Steps already taken:
- Delete the account on Exchange and recreate the ost file
- Delete the mail profile on Control Panel and recreate the Ost file
- Uninstall/Install Lync Client
Can you help me?
