IMAP migration - distribution lists/groups?

Hi -

Have done some searching, but did not find any conclusive answer to the question of what migrates in an IMAP migration - mail yes, calendar and contacts no, but how about distribution lists?

Also - for a client without Outlook and who will use only OWA, is there any good way to migrate calendar items to O365 from Google Calendar, again without Outlook?
