My Samsung Galaxy Nexus never gets past "waiting for sync" after the initial setup (it stays waiting for days.. and I'm connected through wifi)
I've read the forums and help articles to make sure my setup is correct. This is what I found:
- When configuring the account on my device it manages to verify my account, servers etc and I get the dialog that prompts to approve/apply the policies from the server so I guess the phone setup is correct
- Checking the settings in Exchange Online at Mail -> Options -> Manage my organisation the policies are set to accept just about anything and the phone shows up in Mail -> -Options -> Myself -> Phone with status OK (and it's the correct phone)
