I've tried from both Outlook and from Exchange Online and it seems I am unable to filter email using a rule based on a recipient address. I've tried using the recipient address rule that's already in Outlook and emails still came through to the inbox. I've also tried using the Options in exchange online to filter by a word in the recipient email and put in all sorts of @domain.com, user@domain.com, domain.com, and nothing seems to work. Is this broken?
