Exchange Message Size Restrictions

Hello,

One of my big hesitations with Exchange Online is in regards to how emails are handled—if someone in marketing sends a 20mb attachment to everyone in the company, will my internet pipe here in the office be shot as 75 people download the exact same 20mb file at the same time? Or is there a locally cached server of some sort?  I understand that Exchange Online has a default 25 MB message size limit (including attachments) and that I can setup transport rules where if the attachment is too large it will not go through.  However, I still could use some additional advice or best practices for limiting the constraints on my network for scenario's like the one I described above.

Looking forward to your thoughts,
