Sync issues\ Conflicts 26GB

After migration from local Exchange to Office 365 E3 version, user has 2 desktops set up for office 365 with Outlook 2010. On one device, she gets sync and conflict errors, over 8k messages that keep putting her inbox over 25GB. We re-created a profile and her inbox goes to 2gb and a day later it's back in the overage.

 When looking at the mailbox cleanup, her Inbox is only 2GB and over 20GB are in Sync Issues\Conflicts folder, which we no longer can locate.

Previously, we deleted all those logs from the folder, but of course they regenerated.

Need a permanent solution for this issue.

 

Please help!
