Apple Calendar Delegation issues

I have a couple of users who refuse to switch over to Outlook 2011.

I cannot get iCal/Calendar to add another user. Delegation has been setup in Outlook but Apple's Calendar is not seeing the user directory to verify that the user actually exists. Even entering the full email address gives no results.
