Shared Calendar - Subject / data doesn't copy

I'm using a resource (room) mailbox to create a company vacation calendar.  I have two issues:

 

1) When the event is created, a calendar event is created in the users calendar as expected.  An event is also created in the shared calendar when accepted, but the subject in the shared folder is the name of the mailbox that created the request.  The subject information (EX: Liz - Vacation) is not displayed.  Additionally, any information that is typed in the information box is not copied either.

 

2) If the user trys to edit their event in the shared calendar, they receive a permission error.

 

I have granted reviewer and full access as below:

 

PS C:\Windows\system32> Set-mailboxfolderpermission -identity Corp_Schedules@company.com:\calendar -user default -accessrights reviewer

 

PS C:\Windows\system32> Add-MailboxPermission -AccessRights FullAccess -Identity
 Corp_Schedules -User default

 

I've read many documents, I just can't get this right.  Suggestions Please?
