Exchange Online and Outlook 2010 Junk Mail

Does outlook 2010 have any sort of junk mail training with Exchange 2010? We've come from Zimbra where there was a spam training account. All that was needed to train the filter was to move legitimate emails from junk to the inbox and vice versa move junk emails in the inbox to the junk mail folder. This process would train the server. Does Exchange Online do anything like this? It seems very inefficient to allow specific email addresses to the safe list or to block specific email addresses.
