Connected Account no longer syncing (POP3)

Is there currently a service issue with connected POP3 accounts?

 

I have a single Connected Account set up to receive email from an older POP3 service. As of this morning, this account is no longer receiving any mail into Office 365 (P1 Plan) - the account status in Office 365 management is listed as "OK", but selecting "Details" shows a "Last updated" time of "03/09/2012 06:10" (BST, seven hours prior to this post). Clicking the "Refresh" button in the management panel has no effect.

 

I have logged directly in to the POP3 account via the third-party webmail interface, and can see mails in the inbox. I have also logged in directly to the POP3 port (110) using telnet and confirmed that the DNS name, user credentials, and other settings on Office 365 are correct (none of these have changed in the past month; email was correctly received via Office 365 until yesterday).
