I in a staged migration to exchange online and trying to use a dynamic distribution group for email. I created the group 'MIS Dept' that looks for conditionaldepartment "MIS". I have dirsync running and have verified that changes in on premise AD are indeed moved to cloud.
New-DynamicDistributionGroup -Name "MIS Dept" -IncludedRecipients "MailboxUsers" -ConditionalDepartment "MIS"
When I send a message to 'MIS Dept' I get the above undelivarable message... What am I missing?
