Messages sent from a contact form on a WordPress web site don't arrive in Exchange or Live mailboxes. I've added the sender address and hosting domain as safe senders in Exchange/OWA, Outlook and hotmail. I know the sending functionality is working fine because the messages arrive in a gmail account within seconds of sending.
So far, MSFT has "lost" hundreds of emails.
I can't say if this is affecting anyone but me but if you're using a contact form with any MSFT email service I'd check it carefully to make sure the messages are getting through,.
How do I fix this?
