Shared Archives

Trying to get the most out of the trial and get things set up to create shared archiveing between the users. I don't care if every user has their own archive, but they need to be seen by other users on a regular basis to get valuable project info. Even considered a SharePoint site to achieve this but there is no export to move to SharePoint site that I know of.

This is big in terms of Engineering firms, the process we use now is moving .msg files created by outlook to the project. This is time consuming and tedious for most users who receive a lot of email or leave it until it stacks up.

The dream or "hope" that office 365 (plan e3) can provide a more seamless way or archiving emails for projects. i.e. I have enabled archive and created a folder under that archive for project number 09163 so all emails for that project that put into the archive folder, so that other users that may info for the project or work on the project while I'm gone can see the project correspondence.

Currently achieving this using google apps using a archive email address that everyone pop3s into to use as a more central archive. It works and is cheaper than any of the windows plans but does not achieve what we are exactly looking for. With every user having their own archive shared between each other. Instead of having a user that is only user the hold email. Choice is between Google Apps and Office 365 hoping office 365 does what we need. Think the sharepoint site per project sounds good to me but don't see how it could be done without coping every email into a doc and posting it on the site. There is move to sharepoint site option I'm missing?
